At Michael Kölsch Unternehmensberatung, we specialise in searching for and selecting specialist and executive staff in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, animal healthcare and OTC drugs.

Within the framework of our service portfolio, all operations are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, taking into account their individual situation. We assist our clients in the recruitment of staff for senior management positions and middle management roles as well as highly qualified specialist positions.

Michael Kölsch

studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim, graduating with honours in 2001. He has over 22 years of professional experience in the field of human resources consulting in both national and international environments. Before founding his own company in 2007, he worked for a number of leading consultancy firms. By engaging in continuing professional development in the fields of psychology and the law, he is able to provide a service that caters for all the requirements of strategic human resource management. In addition to his native German, he also speaks English and French fluently.
